Why Your Role Matters More Now Than Ever

The necessity of spending your health care and human capital budgets cost-effectively has never been greater. The need to control medical spending and to enhance the productivity of an aging workforce has never been greater. The proliferation of tools has never been greater.

Unfortunately, the scrutiny of your budget has never been greater, creating a major career risk.
